Hospice of Randolph County announces its latest grief support series entitled GriefShare. The program offers expert support for those experiencing the recent loss of a friend or family member. The series will feature various support topics related to loss and will also offer Biblical solutions to finding hope and healing. Sessions are 13 weeks long and are open to the general public at no cost. The weekly GriefShare meetings will begin on Monday, August 1st at 6:00pm and will run through Monday, October 24th. Facilitators for the event include: Dr. Rodney Otwell (Lead Chaplain), Tim Pheagin, M.Div. (Chaplain) and Emily Gibson, MSW (Clinical Social Worker).

Participants will receive valuable resources for use in their journey through grief and will benefit from group leaders who possess years of experience in supporting others who have walked along the same path of loss. The meetings will take place at the Hospice of Randolph County campus, located at 416 Vision Drive, Asheboro, NC 27203. Those interested in attending are encouraged to RSVP by July 25th by calling (336) 672-9300 or by emailing rodney.otwell@hospiceofrandolph.org.
