Homecare PRN CNA

Certified nursing assistant needed for home visits for hospice and home health patients. Must be available weekdays and weekends. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of nursing assistant experience and unencumbered listing with NC DHSR.

 

Randolph Hospice House Inpatient Facility PRN RN

RN needed to work 12- hour day or night shifts depending on availability at the inpatient unit. Must be available to work 12 hours per month. One year of acute care experience required as well as excellent assessment and critical thinking skills. Long term care and/or hospice experience is a plus, but not required.

 

 Physician Liaison

The Marketing & Development Department is seeking to fill the position of Physician Liaison.  This is a full-time position with benefits.  This individual is responsible for the marketing and communication between our agency and all physician’s offices in Hospice of Randolph County’s service area.  Responsibilities include: developing a plan to visit key referral sources on a routine basis; generating patient referrals resulting in admissions to HRC; developing individual profiles for key referral sources; collecting input from referral sources on ways to improve HRC services and reporting these to senior leaders; generating regular written reports and documentation of activities and results; representing HRC at community events as well as public speaking to various groups; staying abreast of national and local trends in hospice care and competitive issues and performing other duties as assigned through the Marketing Department to promote efficiency and effectiveness within the agency.

 

Physical Therapist,  PRN

Licensed therapist needed to provide physical therapy to hospice and home health patients within the home or facility setting. Assess patients for impaired physical function and establish and implement the physical therapy plan of care under the direction of the primary physician. Attend team conference for the purpose of reviewing and planning patient care and evaluating the patient’s progress toward goals. Must have current license to practice physical therapy in North Carolina and North Carolina driver’s license.

 

Occupational Therapist,  PRN

Licensed therapist needed to provide occupational therapy to hospice and home health patients within the home or facility setting. Assess patients for impaired physical function and establish and implement the occupational therapy plan of care under the direction of the primary physician. Attend team conference for the purpose of reviewing and planning patient care and evaluating the patient’s progress toward goals. Must have current license to practice occupational therapy in North Carolina and North Carolina driver’s license.
