Our exceptional care is offered through our licensed home health program, which is a separate division from our hospice program. Whether your needs are related to post-op, ongoing disease or other health needs, our goal is the achievement of the highest quality of life at home for patients and their families.

Highly trained professionals deliver quality home health for the body, mind and spirit. Services are provided to promote, maintain, or to maximize the level of the patient’s independence while minimizing the effect of disability and illness.
Our Home Health Services Include:
- Intermittent visits by Skilled Nurses
- Certified Nursing Assistants
- Medical Social Workers
- Volunteers
- Spiritual Care as requested
- Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy as needed
- Assistance in obtaining medical equipment and supplies
Other Facts About Our Home Health Division:
- We accept payment from private insurance companies, Medicare and Medicaid.
- We are accredited through the Accreditation Commission for Health Care, Inc.
- Our patients receive care from a team of professionals that focus solely on home health care.
- Although our clinicians are employed by Hospice of Randolph County, the services they provide are not related to hospice care.
