Hospice Care

Hospice care is for individuals who have reached the later stages of their disease, and have been told by a doctor that they have months to live. Hospice care can be offered at one’s home or at a skilled nursing facility. Regardless of the location, we engage a team of doctors, nurses, social workers, and therapists to develop an individualized care plan best suited to our patient’s needs.

We focus on instilling a sense of freedom in these children while giving their parents or caregivers the support and guidance they need to make wise decisions.
